一、 概述

本儀器主要測試薄的熱導體、固體電絕緣材料、導熱硅脂、樹脂、橡膠、陶瓷、鋁基板等材料的熱阻以及固體界面處的接觸熱阻和材料的導熱系數。檢測材料為固態片狀，加圍框可檢測粉狀態材料及膏狀材料。

儀器參考標準：MIL-I-49456A（絕緣片材、導熱樹脂、熱導玻纖增強）；GB 5598-85（氧化鈹瓷導熱系數測定方法）；ASTM D5470-12（薄的熱導性固體電絕緣材料傳熱性能的測試標準）等。

儀器特點：帶自動加壓，自動測厚裝置，并連計算機實現全自動控制。儀器采用6點溫度梯度檢測，提高了測試精度�？蓹z測不同壓力下熱阻曲線，采用優化的數學模型，可測量材料導熱系數和熱阻以及界面處接觸熱阻等多個參數。

廣泛應用在高等院校，科研單位，質檢部門和生產廠的材料導熱分析檢測。
